Flashing vertical Line keeps stoping when i type.?

Everytime im typing I cant finish what im typing because the flashing vertical line keeps stoping every 10 seconds what do i do!

is it just in the internet browser or do word or textpad do this also if so which web browser do you use i would recommend mozilla firefox or if you already use it try emptying history and cache
