Flat Screen Televison repairs?

My flat screen TV was recently damaged and the puncture wound on the 1st layer of glass is allowing the Liquid (color bands) to appear and leak. Could it be repaired?

  1. You can replace the whole panel, but it may be cheaper to buy a new one.
