Flat bed scanner does not work. Pictures and documents are very light when printed. Also scan to computer very hard to read.Product bought on 3/10/08 at Office Depot. They refuse to honor sale and I bought a 2 year extra warrentry.Scaner serial number is KCPA68082. i NEED ASSISTANCE TO GET A NEW SCANNER
