  1. Make sure you're washing your hair properly first. conditioners usually weigh it down. shampoo at the roots, twice if you feel needed, then take a dime to nickle size amount of conditioner but only to you midshaft to ends. while you're rinsing whatever is on your hands you can run it through all your hair. the towel dry well, Not sure if you can get this but John Frieda volumizing spray works well, take about half inch sections apply to the root area and then blow dry upside down, flip it up and use a round bristle brush to smooth out the rest.

  2. follow these program

after washing your hair then put a conditioner then wash it and put hair mask cream

after washing it it put a hair serum

you can take the whole collection from Kerastase , but it is very expensive

if you want something cheaper , try L'oreal or Vo5 both are good

  3. sunsilk is okay, i lovvvvvve anything by tresemme though!!! it's my lifesaver!

  4. acyually if yu blow dry your hair upside down and quickly hair spray the heck outtah it, that should do the trick ;)
