my mom was always afraid of bridages so i help wen we travel together but if wer on a bridge and we got a flat tire then wat do u do?

  1. Well most bridges have an emergency lane...but if it doesnt i guess you will have to stay there for the rest of your life! lol  


  2. Remember that it is only a tire so keep the car moving at a safe slow speed until you are off the bridge and dont forget to turn your hazard lights on as well.

  3. Drive slowly off the bridge to an area that is safe to stop clear of traffic.

  5. Depends on the length of the bridge.

    You can drive slowly on a flat tire for a short distance to get to a safe place to stop without causing damage to the rims.

    Activate your emergency flashers.  So learn where they are.  They are usually located near the steering column and the universal symbol is a triangle.

    I have seen police pursuits on tv where the "perp" is driving on FOUR flats for an hour.  It will likely ruin the rims driving that long and that fast, but that gives you an example.
