Question:

Flat/toned belly please read on?

I really want to tone my belly. Since i have had my little boy 5 years ago it's gone down hill. It's the skin under my belly that is really loose and awful. I have only just started doing sit ups again. Is there a particular exercise for the lower tummy? Also how to loose weight on my hips. Thanks

What my brother does (he plays rugby, on 2nds team and subed for the firsts team, and its a very well known team) anyway he went travelling for a year and wanted to keep in shape so what he did for is stomach was kind of like sit ups but he keeps his knees raised 90 degree angle. If you don't get it add a bit on and I'll see can I get a picture.

  3. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

  4. stand up and put your hands behind your head like you're out of breath with your elbows sticking out to the side.

    lift your left leg and bring your right elbow down to touch the knee, then come back up

    lift your right leg and bring your left elbow down to touch the knee, then come back up

    repeat until you can't do it anymore ;)
