Flatland Bike?

Question

I am in the market for a flatland bike. I preferably want a bike that is under 30 pounds and no more than $500. What bike or bike company should I go for.

what i would do is find a mongoose dirt racing  bike and  replace the tires to what you want dont buy at cheap store buy online or a bike shop with mongoose............... they weigh like 25 pounds.... check there website
