Flatline

Question

what is wrong when the tv screen suddenly lost its picture. Instead it only shows a vertical flatline. Sound is ok tho. And when I turn it off for 10 minutes or so then on again then its okay. Then sometimes its goes off again then i do the same process again. What needs to be done?
