I need an exersise that will make me lose ALOT of weight!!!!

Losing stomach fat is like losing fat anywhere on your body, it takes time and work.  It simply can not be done in three days.  Fat loss is an over all process consisting of a healthy nutrition plan and exercise.  You can have very strong ab's under the fat but to actually see the success you must lose the fat.

    crunches and squats, the squats will work every muscle group from the waist down and the crunches will work to whiddle those ab muscle into shape, get your cardio and eat right.  Good Luck!
