  1. lemon

  2. Here are a few of my favorites:

Take 2 heads of garlic and cut them in half.  Place in foil and drizzle with olive oil.  Roast in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.  Let cool and squeeze into 1.5 cups of mayo.  Season with salt and pepper.

Mix one can of sundried tomatoes (with their oils) with 1.5 cups of mayo.  Season with salt and pepper.

To get a creamier consitency, use a food processor to do the mixing.

  3. Well for the garlic flavored mayonnaise I would use as many cloves of garlic you want and sautee them with olive oil then blend with a jar of mayo...

My fav is to mix mayo and dijon mustard... It is sooooo yummy.

You can also boil some chipotle chiles until they are soft and put them in the magic bullet with some mayo and blend... Yummy... on a spinach tortilla..

  4. Hi! you can use a couple tablespoons of honey dijon or regular dijon mustard and add to the mayonaise or couple tablespoons of sweet chili sauce.

  5. I use this all the time.

2 medium heads garlic, left whole

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

    2 teaspoons apple-cider vinegar

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut off and discard tops of garlic heads to expose cloves, then brush each head with 1/2 tablespoon oil. Wrap heads together in foil and bake until tender, about 45 minutes. Cool to warm.

Squeeze garlic from skins into a food processor and purée with mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Transfer aioli to a bowl and stir in chives.

  6. I like to use rosemary and thyme and then use the mayo for turkey sandwiches or chicken salad...yummmm

  7. Roast a head of garlic in the oven and then mash it up and mix it in with the mayo.

  8. I like to mix pesto in mayo and then in my garlic flavored one I add sun dried tomatoes and a sun dried tomato/garlic spread from California Sun Dried.

  9. garlic flavoured mayo is freakin' amazing!!  just chop up (or mince) some garlic cloves and mix it in. or you could mix in garlic powder. which ever you like. If you're using a 475ml bottle, i'd say start with 4 cloves of garlic, or maybe something like 2 tbsp garlic powder, and just keep adding more until it's as garlicy as you want it.   mayo with lime is good for some sandwiches or whatever too. But it doesn't go with everything so don't make too much of that. you could make your mayo spicy with cayenne pepper, black pepper, jalapeno pepper, Sri Lanken curry mix..whatever.   you could even do some sort of italian mayo..add oregano, basil and thyme or whatever concauction you like. nothing like tomato and basil!! mix some basil and some sort of tomato juice or dried tomato flakes (and onion flakes too!!! yum!!)  take some mayo, add minced garlic, minced cuccumber a little pepper and some lemon juice and you have tzatziki sauce (except in tzatziki sauce they use yogourt, not mayo, but using mayo instead would make it great for sandwhiches and wraps too. ya don't have to use yogourt!!!
