Soo. A while ago, my home ec teacher had said about a spoonfull of flax seed oil a day has really great health benefits, and it makes your skin so much better.
So im like, ooh better skin! And i have flax seeds, not grounded but it says there roasted and you can eat em.
Will a spoon of these have the same affect..effect...?
If so what are the benefits? Because there kind of sick...
