Question:

Flea Control? Indoor cats and house infested!

For some reason our cats are just ATE UP with fleas and now there are fleas all over the house. Our cats are strictly indoor and no, they haven't gotten past us and went outside.

We've tried prescription medicine first and it didn't work. The vet said that it's just a bad year for fleas and to not give up hope.

We've tried different brands of over the counter flea collars, meds, shampoos and this gave very little relief.

We tried Rx shampoo from the vet and it even failed after a day or two.

We've tried the salt on the floor, vinegar, and candles in pans of water tricks.

Anyone know what else we can try to get rid of the infestation IN house and ON the cats?

Our house isn't dirty, we've even been vacuuming/shampooing more than ever now with special flea powders.

Please don't just recommend a vet, since we've tried that more than once now.
