Hi, i live in wichita, ks and am looking for a flea market to attend. if u can't think of one please tell me something else fun and unique to do.

WICHITA - - FRI, SAT & SUN

Village Flea Market. 2301 S. Meridian.

Hours 9am-5pm. Ample parking.

Approximately 100 dealers. Antiques, collectibles, primitives, crafts, produce, lots of secondhand and garage sale merchandise here. Snack bar, restrooms, h/a. Inside and outside space available from $30. per weekend.

WICHITA - - 3rd Sunday every month

Wichita Flea Market. Kansas Coliseum. North 85th Street & I-135 (exit #17). Hours 9am-4pm. Admission charge $1.00. 12 and under FREE. Approximately 700 dealers Attendance 3,000 - 4,000. Wide range of merchandise carried at this market, lots of good quality antiques, collectibles, memorabilia, antique toys,

For fun there is the Cabaret Oldtown which is pretty cool.  They have some great live music shows on the weekends.  It really is a different type of place to go to.  I had a great time the last time I went.

The Great Plains Transportation Museum is a very cool place.  They are only open on the weekends and have a great display of all kinds of things.  We really enjoyed this place and it is cheap!

The Kansas Underground Salt Museum is also a very unique place.  Located underground I have never been to another place like this.  The salt mine is a working one and they give a great tour!

The zoo is also a really neat place.  They have a great zoo there with plenty of things to see.
