I need to get get flexible and I know it will take time what I have been doing now aresplits, stradle against the wall, stretch strap and having someone stretch me usually 3 times a day onmost of themI need a better scorpion I can grab my wrist and almost my toe I would like a flat back in the long run, I also need A heelstretch I barely have it I also need a better scalehelp please!!
