  1. i like my cheer leaders flexible, if you know what i mean.

oh, i'm sorry, that was inappropriate. but  had to say it xD

  2. -do a bunch of splits

-put one leg up against the wall and push up with the foot on the ground's heel against the wall so your basically doing a split on the wall

    - butterfly lol

-have your stunt group stretch you!!!!!!!!!!!

also its wayyy awesomer to be on an alstar team<33 football cheerleadings dumm (sorry) if your on allstar you have much better chances of being flexible! have fun!!!

  3. when my cheerleading season is coming close i start to run and get conditioned i also walk a lot.

Swimming laps and do excersises in the water helps.

the best thing to do is go at your pace and then do normal stretches at night. crunches, splits, stretch against a wall. etc.

  4. stretch everyday.

    consistency is KEY.

splits are important, but make sure when you're in one you challenge yourself. pull foward and try to bend you knee and pull your back foot up. also, for scorpions you may need to bo bridges because back flexibility is part of pulling one. try to hyper-extend your splits by setting one foot on something above ground level. Make sure you do this all gradually, you don't want to hurt yourself.
