How does someone get really flexable and strong mussles in a short amount of time.

  2. Weights are best for developing muscles and you need to get a balance between doing as much as possible without getting so sore that you have to stop.  Stretching exercise are the best for flexibility.

  3. plyometrics is the best ways to get more flexible AND increase strength in the same workout. every rugby player should be involved in plyometric exercises
