Flexibility. How to get it back or increase?I want to be more flexible!?

I'm turning 17 and I used to do ballet.. I used to be allot more flexible and touch my toes with no problem.. But that was when I was probably ages7-9.. I want to be flexible again..So how? Or any advice? I'd be grateful for any that helps.^^''

  2. Start Gymnastics and stretch alot.... or maybe I you want to be flexible and dance at the same time do a Acro class!!

  3. join gymnastics and start off at the begining class and i promise you will be very flexible
