Flexibility Within A Week?

I want to able to do the splits within the next week. I've been stretching really hard for the 3 weeks, and only a little more flexible. And I push myself really hard when I stretch.

  1. Truthfully I doubt you'll be able to do it. Pushing yourself hard when you stretch will only cause you injury. Maybe in a month or two, but a week is pretty short.
