i have been doing splits and stuff and i kind of have my heal stretch now but how to i stretch my scorpion and scale?

  1. to stretch a scorpion you need to

    1. sit in your right leg splits

    2. lift arms straight above your head

    3. lean yourhead and arms back like you are going to grab your back leg


  2. Back-bends and variations of other back and stomach stretches, front splits with your back leg pulled up and your head arched back to meet it.

  3. To stretch your scorpion just practice it alot. Get one of your bases to help you pull your leg up higher. Also you should do a bridge (to stretch out your back) and hold it for 10 seconds for your first week, and then longer every week. The more flexible your back is the easier it will be for you to pull up your scorp. All i can say for your scale is to practice, practice, practice.

    p.s if you try going from scorp. to scale your scale will be higher. Hold it there for a while. After a while you will automatically begin to pull it that high.
