Ok, so when i come home from school, i am really flexibile and can just fall into the splits. But on the weekends or days i am not in school, i have to stretch for like 30 min. before i can even do them, and sometimes i can't! any tips or anything.

  1. It&#039;s because at school your walking around and that&#039;s what warms up you mucles to make them more limber. On the weekends though, you probably don&#039;t walk around as much as you do in school so your mucles are more stiff and unstreched. If you want, instead of stretching maybe you could try jogging or running for awhile if you would like a change from just stretching for 30 minutes.

  2. Maybe because when you are in school you walk around a lot or maybe just your body is like that.

  3. I think it might be because when you are at school, you are walking around and warming up and getting the muscles loose. On the weekends, that 30 minutes could possible be your warmup that you would normally do in your daily activities at school.
