How do you add tags to other peoples' photos? I really want to know how!

You only have the right to add tags to your friends' photos, if you friends set that option in the privacy settings for their photos.>>

Do you mean the little notes people add on the photos?

Above the photos click on "Add a Note"...then you can type in your comment & move it where you want it on the photo.
