  1. They seem to be playing a few games with 360 and avatars at the moment (mine keeps flipping between my avatar photo and 360 one), so I think perhaps that's your problem. I'm getting a lot of error 999's too. I think you might want to leave it for a short while then come back and try it again before getting radical! :-)
