Flies are taking over my kitchen! please help!?

i came home and walked into the kitchen and there they where! flys! everywhere on the widows! there must be like 100 of them and i can't get rid of them. i killed like 20 of them but now it just seems like there are more of them and there are bug guts all over. how do i get rid of them all without bug spray? help! and fast!

make yourself a fly trap and watch them get caught !

  We take a 2 liter bottle - remove the cap, you won't need it - measure down about 6 inches and cut the bottle all the way around - invert the top into the bottom (like a funnel) forming a seal -- put something in the bottom that will attract them and watch them gather in the bottle  

   Flys take off in an upward movement and will fly to the top where the seal was formed by pushing the top into the bottom, unless they find the hole again they cannot get out

You better start looking for some old food or a source for magets. I am sure that there were magets in your kitchen and they now are flies. open your doors and windows and let them out. If that dont work, close all your windows and block the kitchen off and spray alot of bug spray in the room and let it stay for a a few hours.
