what are flies good for?

Many things including being used by CSI to date time of death..

They remind us to close the doors and windows so we don't let all the flies in.

They let you take a break from studying by buzzing around your head.

They pollinate flowers.

They recycle dead plant and animals.

They keep human and other animal populations in check by spreading viruses

They provide a large source of food for fish.

I really could go on and on.

Some consume mosquito larvae

They provide a reason for horses and cows to grow tails.
