    3. put all file folders with the aircraft name into your c:\program files/microsoft games/Flight Simulator 9/aircraft folder.

    4. if there is a zipped folder within your aircraft marked either effects or guages, un zip the files into your FS9/guages or FS9/effects folder

    5. if you have done the above steps correctly, fire up FS 9 (2004), select "free flight", find your aircraft in the select aircraft menu and happy flying!

to install textures into FS 2004

repeat steps 1 and 2 above

3: put the texture folder of your texture into the aircraft folder of your choice within Flight Simulator 9/aircraft/(aircraft of your choice)

4, edit the Aircraft.CFG file of your airplane to include the new texture (the lines to add can be found in your texture's read me file.) making sure to replace the x's in the texture.xx line to the next number in the texture sequence.

5, fire up FS 9, select your aircraft and texture from the list, and happy flying!

  3. Go to simvation.com.  They have tons of downloads.  Some suck, but there are some good ones also.

  4. You would probably get more help in the gaming section.  This area is for questions about aircraft that you can touch.  Good luck.
