Flight Timing and Availability?

Is there any flight is running between kolkata and madurai? and tell me which is the cheapest flight betwen kokata and chennai?? i heard that if we do reservation in earlier the flight ticket is less and is tax free.. if any one come to know about that then let me know..

Madurai airport is pretty small. They don't have too many flights. Most of the flights to their originate from Chennai. They have a flight from Mumbai and Bangalore that comes in a few times a week. But the majority of the flights into Madurai are from Chennai. Air Deccan has the cheapest flights although it is like the local town bus. It is like you said, you have to book early. And if you are booking outside India the price will be higher.
