Flight simulator question?

Hey, I recently downloaded some IFDG aircraft for fs2004 but the panel I have doesnt include the nav/gps switch but it does include some lovely wingviews.

Is there any easy way that I can keep the wingviews but replace the instrument panel with one of the fs2004 deafult panels so that I can use the nav/gps to fly the approach.

I seriously think the Nav GPS switch is there.

And no, there is no (easy) way to just swap out the panel and keep the wing views
