Flight simulator x how do u make it like an real flight Eg loding cargo and people on plane?

Ctrl+J=the jetway at your gate to come to your airplane's door

Shift+E+1+2+3+4=The main exit and cargo doors to open (and cargo crew, if your at a specific gate with a cargo crew

Shift+P=The push back vehicle to push you back.

As for the people, it would lag your game a lot, so it was not included.

You do not. Fight simulators are designed to fly the aircraft, not deal with what the designers consider minor details.

This is one of the differences between simulators and real life.
