Flight simulator x multiplayer trouble?

hello

when i try to login to flight simulator x multiplayer (gamespy) it logs me in for about a second and then says "you have been disconnected from gamespy. you may be logged in on another computer" but im not logged in on another computer can someone help me fix the problem?

This happened to me, make sure you have the most recient updates/ expansion packs, i installed them on my computer and the problem went away, still happens 1 out of 10 times then i just have to re-start the game
