  1. I've never been on a Virgin flight but I'm from Orlando.  So, a little off topic but I can give you some insight on where you'll be flying in.

Virgin technically flies into Sanford airport.  Sanford is a suburb on the north side of Orlando.  You're about an hour from Disney that is located on the far south side of town in Buena Vista.  Also about an hour for Universal and SeaWorld that are located in Orlando.

I'm not sure if you have a bus taking you to your final destination.  If not I'll give really quick driving tips.  Sanford airport to Disney take 417 South to the Disney exit that comes up just before Interstate 4.  417 is a toll road but it moves much more quickly than other options.  Expect about $6 (American) in tolls.  For Universal and SeaWorld take 417 North to Interstate 4 and take Interstate 4 West, both are on the south side of down town and both have their own exits.  Just look for the signs, Universal first then Seaworld shortly afterwords.  I think tolls should only be about 75 cents north to get to I-4.  There are no tolls on I-4.  You could also get to Disney via I-4 but 417 is much faster.  It would be about 20 min. past the SeaWorld exit on I-4.

Welcome to Orlando and enjoy your stay!

(ask me about the don't miss rides at the parks and I'll have all sorts of things to tell you about!)

  2. virgin hardly ever flies to sanford, it always flies to orlando.

virgin atlantic is personally my favorite airline.

you get to choose from tons of movies, some that are in the theatre, and there are lots of games, tv shows, and music. you get 3 meals if its a long flight.

They also give you blankets, pillows, and yes free drinks. and also a toothbrush.

they give food to but u have to pay for it on the tv's u can like text message anyone who is in the same plane as you are in and u can be in a chatroom or 1 on 1 chat you can also play games like doom and other puzzle games

  4. Hi there

I often fly to Orlando using Virgin (Atlantic).

I find them to be a good reliable and quality airline - despite not being the cheapest, I feel the quality makes up for it.

If you are flying long haul (say from London) then yes you will get 3 "meals" and snacks provided, plus all drinks free.  There will be television with a choice of things to watch, and pillows and blankets if you wish.

If you can afford to I'd always go Premium Economy, for the xtra level of comfort, but Ecomony will be fine too.  Have a great flight to Orlando.
