Flights delayed in houston?

tommorow i am going to be getting my new puppy from a family friend who just had puppies in houston.. Because of hurricane dolly is it possible the flight will be delayed or cancelled? it is coming to new york.. i heard that houston is only going to be having rain and wind. is it going to be severe?? PLEASE HELP ME!

  1. the best i can tell you is to call the airport! they will know 100% and not these ppl here on Yanswers, there just guessing..
