Question:

Flights to Burbank, CA??

I have a pretty good shot at winning free tickets to see my favorite band in Burbank. I signed up for the contest without looking to see if transportation is paid for...its not; and my parents won't let me go unless I find a flight for under $150...which is very unlikely because the cheapest i've seen so far is $500.

But maybe i'm missing something. So can anyone find me a flight for less than $150 from Memphis, TN to Burbank, CA??

Thank you!!

  1. Just fly to LAX, it should be a lot cheaper.  They're only about 30 miles apart.  Burbank is near Hollywood and so all the celebrities use it with their private jets, so it's very expensive.

  2. hi..

Yea its too difficult to find flight under $150 reason is, you have not mentioned your date of travel. However if your travel on 14th aug n return 18th aug Roundtrip fare from US airways is $370, that means almost $185.00 oneway.  and yes, travel dates does matter, so, You should inform of your date as well. To check yourself with your dates, go to http://www.moneybulls.com/travels.htm (this website help you search, compare with multiple travel sites and book lowest prices   available directly with airlines hotels or agencies with no commission.)

I would recommed you to use it search for your airfare. you can find upto 50% off on last minute flights even on this website that would probably help you find flights below $150.

  3. Hi,

    Try searching at FlyAirfares.com

  4. Please post the dates and I will look the pricing up for you...

**UPDATE: Well, for now, its a bit hard because Sundays are BIG flying days, due to business travelers getting to their destinations before the beginning of the work week. However, that tuesday works in your favor because that is generally a slow day. If, however, you choose to, you can save some money by driving to / from one of these airports. Otherwise, check back in 10 minutes and I will ahve a final answer :D

**HOWEVER: You an get the same 386.50 fair if you fly out a day prior (that saturday) and drive from LAX to the concert/etc. That is the best I could find, safe travels and here is the info for you:

  5. hi you

the place to start here is to find out if transport is include in the prize if not try logging onto e-travail.com and this site will give you the price of the cheapest flight to Burbank you don't have to book it there and then but you must also remember that the 3rd and 4th is a Sunday and Monday of a bank holiday weekend and airline tickets or even normally cost more

  6. the best prices are for flights to LAX

Burbank Airport is really really expensive

go to the Airline's websites for prices (ex. unitedairlines.com, southwestairlines.com etc)
