Flip Mino vs Flip Ultra?

What makes the new Mino 50 dollars more than the old Flip Ultra?

As you can see, the Mino is fully half as thick; .63 inches vs 1.25 inches. For many this is the difference between comfortably keeping it in your pocket and preferring to stash it in your bag. It's also 40% lighter. It has a non-replaceable rechargeable battery as opposed to using conventional AA batteries. Some would consider a minus for long trips. Others would say it saves you from replacing batteries all the time in everyday use. I personally chose the Mino. My girlfriend just ordered the Ultra for her mom, because she liked that it used instantly replaceable AA batteries.
