Flip Video Camera Help?

ok,so,i was making a video and i dropped it.and my minutes went all the way to 4 minutes!I didnt have any videos in my memory,and i tried recharging the batteries.idk how to get my minutes bak up.and its not just fooling me,i tried making a video again and it stopped at 4 minutes.plz help me

well, first of all, you can go to the flip website (http://www.theflip.com/support_ultra.sht... and email them, they'll get back to you in a couple hours. it really helped me.

try connecting it to your computer and going to "my computer" then the camera, then looking at the files to see if anything's out of the ordinary

something they reccomended to me was to connect it to the computer, delete all videos that may be on the camera, then empty the recycle bin

then disconnect your camera and toggle it off and on eight times.

if that doesn't help, i'd definitely contact them. like i said, it really helped me.
