Flip video or rca small wonder sound quality?

Question

do these cameras record sound good? if i were to record a band playing would it be all distorted or halfway decent? (i know i cant expect anything great for under 100$) also is one or the other better at sound?

I wouldn't count on recording a live band with either of those cameras and having the sound come out well. You really need a camera that supports external microphones for that sort of thing, so you can easily control the volume.
