Flip video problem!?

Question

howcome when i try to run flip video software for PC and my camcorder is connected, it says "an error has occured that has caused this program to quit" so I press okay and then it says"object excepted" and they just keep coming nukless i exit out

I won mine in a contest.

Well, it does this to me too.

Buy an extension for your computer, and plug it in there.

It worked for me.

It may take a few tries, though.
