Flipper Error

Question

I get an intermittant Flipper Error. The card prints good on one side and then has a problem flipping the card so the second side does not get printed. Printer stops and gives Error Code "Flipper Error Clear Mechnisim" It usually take us to turn the printer off and then back on to clear the error and the offending card is then spit out into the chute but is only one side printed.
