Flm-3201. when i push power button, red light goes from red to blue....but no picture.....screen

Question

when i push power button, red light goes from red to blue....but no picture.....screen kind of flashes very faintly at about 3 second intervals polariod model 3200 ,the picture will not come on stays black.
