Floor Model in Hollister?

I'm 5' 7'' and i have golden brown eyes and I'm in shape.to be a floor model what characteristics do i need I'm very outgoing I'm not obnoxious but i like to greet. and i was wondering could this put me before others for that or do you need a picture to clarify... do they ever where no shirts and just the boxers and pants?
