The Real Madrid president is believed to be already weighing the situation of the Portuguese, and has plans for future in his mind.
Florentino Perez is one of Spain’s richest businessmen and runs a business of construction companies, which have led him to become the President of one of world’s most successful football clubs.
The elections for the President’s post will take place in mid 2013 and the businessman is well aware of what is required to keep his post for the 4th time. It is rumoured that he is already working on the campaign to be re-elected.
The 65 year old is still in the good books of the Bernabeu faithful, even after Mourinho’s inability to start the season properly.
It is also believed that Perez has bended the rules in his direction so as to encounter very few opposition candidates for the post in the elections.
His future plans also include a reshaped Santiago Bernabeu, mega spending to lure top stars and surprisingly a new manager.
Marca, a sports paper, has a close relationship with the Real President and has revealed that the man in charge is now becoming increasingly un-happy with the Portuguese tactician.
Mourinho has led Los Blancos to several triumphs in his time with the capital club including Copa del Rey, Spanish Super Cup and most notably La Liga crowning.
As controversy always surrounds the wily tactician, recent reports have stated that Mourinho himself wants out from the Spanish champions.
This sort of news wasn’t backed up by the Portuguese papers however and they insisted that Perez will be retaining the Portuguese trainer till the end of his contract, which is 2016.
Another reported fact that has seen Mourinho go in to the bad books of the Madrid board of directors is his cold war with Real Madrid Castilla’s coach http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alberto-c4309 Toril.
A number of managers have been linked with the 9 time European champions, of which the most notable names are Carlo Ancelotti, Laurent Blanc, Joachim Loew, Sevilla coach http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michel-c25453 and ironically Toril.
The question is however suspended in mid-air, as fans connected to Real Madrid have mixed opinions about their team’s current manager. Some would like to see the change; however, some just simply cannot hate the Portuguese.
