The 23-year-old has expressed his delight after signing for his beloved club, and is looking forward to make a name of himself at Stade Velodrome
The Frenchman was impressive for Ligue 2 side, Nantes, in the previous season, scoring 7 goals in 28 appearances last season.
His eye-catching performances didn’t go unnoticed and the youngster was being courted by a number of top clubs in the Ligue 1.

And the player has revealed that it was his childhood dream to play for the Rhone giants, and this was the main reason why he opted to sign for Elie Baup’s side.
While talking to reporters, the former Nantes player said that he used to watch Marseille play from the stands, and to be actually a part of this great club is beyond amazing.
"I'm used to being in the stands," he told Ligue1.com.
Raspentino added that he has always supported Les Phoceens and only dreamt of playing for this club. And after getting a chance to play for his favourite team, the 23-year-old wants to succeed here.
"So to be out there on the pitch, it's like a childhood dream. I'm in my hometown, playing for my favourite team that I've supported since I was a kid, and I'll do everything possible to succeed here."
The former Agde player stated that he spent the best part of his childhood here in Marseille. The Frenchman added that he used to play here when he was a kid, and to be back here, playing professionally for the Rhone giants, is an honour.
"This is my school, this is where I studied from 11 to 15. I often pass by here and it brings back a lot of good memories. This is the football pitch I used to play on when I was little with my friends from the neighbourhood."
Florian Raspentino, who put pen to paper on a four-year deal with the French giants, hasn’t played for Marseille so far in the Ligue 1, but is confident that his time will come.
