Florida Beaches?..Gulf or Atlantic?

Which would you recommend going on vacation to?

I like the Gulf side, it's warmer.

Gulf side definitely

Sunsets over Gulf side are fantastic.

Great sea shelling around Sanibel Island (near Fort Myers)

Warmer and calmer

Better (softer) sand

Better waves in the ocean, but warmer water in the gulf. Ocean goes on and on and sounds beautiful, but gulf waters are the prettiest color blue. Depends on what you want to do as far as swimming etc.  The ocean is all salt water and very buoyant. Have fun!
