Florida Inmates?

Question

My husband is an inmate in Florida. For several weeks he keeps telling me that their has been talk about early release because of overcrowding. Everyone has seen in on either myflagov.com or myfla.com. I have looked and looked and nothing. Has anyone heard about this or is he just jumping at straws.

It has been talked about by the state prison board, however no firm decision has been made as of now.
