I have a friend that takes care of an older couple and his son and wife have taken on his fathers identity. (bad situation...broke father & mothers heart, they are in their very late 80's) They are pressing charges, but from what I understand Fl. Laws are so very different that they may not do anything! Is that true and if so why are FL. laws so different? Thanks

  1. They do not differ by much compared to California, Wisconsin and Illinois however the odd law may be slightly unique or slightly over-done or under-done compared to other states, however its not very noticeable.

    Craig.

  2. I don't think so. Since Florida has so many seniors, they are even more aware of the things that can happen to them. What you are referring to will need to go through the court and all sides will be heard. Same as any other State.
