Florida License using India License?

Hi,

I have an Indian License. Can I get a Florida License using the same. Do I need to take the written test and driving test to get the Florida License?.

I reside in NJ. I had a valid Philippine driver's license.  I was only required to take the written exam, and was issued DMV NJ drivers' license. Myabe it depends on what state.  Check  you state's DMV website.

Being you have an out of country license you will have to take both the driving and written test.  I live in FL and know most of the rules.
