Florida Schools - G.E.D. - Volusia County - D.B.C.C.

Question

My child is nearing his last year of school and will soon be going to D.B.C.C. after the upcoming school year ends. We were wondering about how long the G.E.D. takes to get, because some of his friends who have gotten the G.E.D. at D.B.C.C. are about complete idiots and not very smart at all, and they got it within a month/two.

My son is trying to find somewhere in Volusia County/Putman County where my son can work towards getting his ged, he has three children to support and has recently lost his job and he can't afford alot to go to school
