I was pulled over about a month or so ago and recieved a ticket for driving unknowingly with a suspended liscence. after eight grueling hours at the DMV I had it sorted out that the tickets were payed on time and what not but the bueracracy does not speak with its self and no one tells anyone that the ticket was paid. I has some paperwork from the dmv including a reciept that says I only paid a licence reprinting fee and not a reinstatment fee. however my family is retarded and moved if not tossed the papers I needed. :(

Now my question is what paperwork do I need to show the judge to absolve myself?

If anything, tell the DMV this story, and ask them to print you some new papers.  It may also help for you to ask the circut clerk's office for that county to see if they can help in any way.
