Florida marriage annulments and divorces?

Is there a simple annullment form where two can end their marriage in Florida,weve been married less than a year,and we both want to end it.

And if so where could I find the annullment form?

You most likely are not eligible for an annulment, unless one of you was under the influence when you got married, or you have not consummated the marriage.  You will have to speak to lawyer, regardless.
