Flow vs. traditional snowboard bindings?

I'm getting new bindings for my snowboard and was wondering if anyone has any thoughts about flow bindings... I'm looking at womens flow flite 3's thanks for any input

  1. Not familiar with the women's bindings personally, but I like flow as a whole. They do have one problem in that the heels can be quite high, and if you're not careful they are quite easy to catch and break on some of the lower chairlifts around - I know of several people who have had this complaint.

    I like the flow bindings for ease of use, especially up high where the air is thin and every breath is a chore! Icing in the bindings isn't generally too bad, and the padded strap is good for spreading the load over your boot and stops you getting aches in specific places.

    So my only point to check would be the height of the heel, compare the height to other sets in the shop. If it's not too high, you're good to go :)
