Flowers on an airplane?

if i can hold them, can i take fresh cut flowers on the plane?

Domestically, yes, tho specific airlines may have different rules..   Internationally, it depends on the customs rules of the arrival country.

Also, its possible you will be seated near someone with allergies, as a courtesy, have the flowers fully wrapped if at all possible.  Also, the flowers will count as your carryon or personal item depending on size.
