Floyd/Oscar rematch predictions...are you serious!?

I was shocked to see that 47% of you believe Oscar will win a rematch with Floyd. Oscar will never be quick enough (hand speed and footwork) to outpoint Floyd. It will be the same fight again. You can't teach Oscar speed. Floyd will be in and out...in and out...the whole 12 rounds. And defensively...he's too elsusive for Oscar to get a clean punch.

  1. It shocks me to read some of these funny comments. Most of you are showing how little you truely know about boxing and athletes in general.Half the planet was shocked when the judges gave the win to floyd.I dont know who will win but you guys are on cocaine and whiskey to just ASSume that oscar stands NO chance. No chance?None?Really?

Given floyds style of 'hit and run for my life',oscar has 2 good choices.1,play floyds game and just be super aggressive and chase but THIS TIME dont ever slow up and make contact with more of his punches.(floyd is great at not getting hit)Or 2,try a different approach.Make floyd chase him.It will make a boring fight im sure but oh well.Oscar is bigger and stronger so I think if floyd would be forced to "bring it" to oscar, floyd could be in trouble.

You guys are underestimating oscars handspeed so much i cant even put it into words. The fight will be very close.

  2. i cannot see oscar winning i am one of oscars greatest fans but with the limited amount of fights he has had over the last few years youcant expect to beat  agrea boxer like mayweather

  3. Same outcome. BUT if Delahoya was in his prime... different story. Someone said Mosley could have beat him. Delahoya fought mosely twice when mosely was on STEROIDS! He beat him one time and lost split decision other time. (yes i know the judges gave mosely second fight but that was a joke. Delahoya outlanded mosely 2-1 and hurt mosely in the 3rd and 9th rounds) Delahoya won fights, regardless of judges, against Trinidad, Mosely, Pernell Whitaker, Julio Cesar Chavez, Arturro Gatti, Ike quartey, Migel angel gonzales, jessie james leija and was beating bernrd hopkins through 7 rounds. Who has Floyd beat in their prime? The only one is Diego Corrales. If you want to watch Floyd lose a fight watch the first Jose luis castillo fight. He got his *** kicked and the judging was so corrupt that the nevada boxing commision ordered a rematch or floyd loses his belt. Floyd did win the rematch easily but he still lost the first one. Floyd should fight a top fighter  every couple of years to show us something....but he wont. Thats why the two best welterweight are fighting each other. Margarito and Cotto. Both who floyd has ducked.

  4. Floyd all the way. Oscar looked great saturday, but remember, he hand picked Forbes. But you never know.

  5. i dont even know y they are fighting agin the only way oscar is going to win is for him do get in a time machine and go back like 6 or 7 years

  6. The rematch will be the same outcome Floyd wins a Unanimous Decision and this time he wins it more decisively and with more punches landed.

The only boxer that could've beaten Floyd Mayweather was Shane Mosley.

  7. i think oscar would get knocked the **** out!.

  8. mayweather is not going to win decisively, it will follow the same d**n pattern in the first match.

  9. give oscar some slack people, yes granted oscar is older and not as young and spry as a floyd mayweather but still he has what it takes to beat him, that is the great thing about boxing nothing ever goes as you expect it, i mean no one thought that bernard hopkins would be able to keep winning at his age and look at him, hes still considered one of the best p4p fighters in the world!! so i say give him some slack and dont count him out just yet....

  10. floyd will finish oscars carrear

i think oscar wil be stupid to take the fight hes over the hill and mayweather is still in his prime

  11. Oscar looked good in this fight. Weight was right, jab looked good, fought taller and combinations, especially to the body were outstanding. However, Oscar IMO got hit with too many unnecessary combinations and even when Oscar began to open up on Forbes in the 2nd round, the punches had no real affect. Maywether shoulder rolls and hits lot harder. Maywether again, IMO

  12. If oscar noticed his mistake then he would win , anywayz i think the 1st fight was fixed cause oscar wasnt throwin as much jabs as he did before, you cant say that he is old and cnt fight cause he fought mayorga a year before he fought mayweather and beat the living **** out of him, so obviously this rematch is going to be 50% fixed or 50% real cause  oscar is a buissness man, and he is just going to give what the fans want, so oscar is going to win the rematch by decision

  13. That is why Mayweather waited for Oscar to be 10 years past his prime before he fought him. Don't be going off on Mayweather! He is nothing more than a talented p***y!

Elmer Fuddstein must live in some sort of parallel universe. Mayweather doesn't have the power to dictate a single thing to Oscar. Mayweather is nothing more than Oscar's little bit*ch boy. Mayweather couldn't sell out a telephone booth on his name.

  14. I guess folks don't realize that this time, Floyd Mayweather is making all the calls in the next fight.  He picks the gloves and the weight and ring size and gets the bigger chunk of cash this go around.  Gonna be a painful night for wusscar del annoya.
